“We build one spec home a year. We have had problems with customer service and were looking for a better window company. I wanted to upgrade to Marvin Windows at the same time. Our framer Jake who is also a home building family told me to contact Oscar at Mountain West as he had a good experience with Oscar. This was truly a good experience for us so far as well. Armando was our point man for delivery and payment etc... All went well even though we twice had to hold up delivery because we were not ready. Also we had a billing issue on our side that Armando handled with ease. I have not even mentioned the windows. They were delivered well and packaged real well. Every item was there.
