“I’ve been a patient at Ark for almost two years and have had nothing but good experiences with them! One concern I had when I first joined was that because I travel a lot, I would be out of luck if something happened to me when I was out of town. The providers and staff ensured me that I could still contact them for support and assistance finding a local provider if I ever needed.

Last summer I actually got in a cycling accident while in Alaska about three hours before I was due to get on a plane home. I immediately called Ark and they asked for me to send over some pictures of my injuries. They coached me through cleaning up the wounds and set me up with an appointment back home for the following day, where I ended up receiving stitches for the first time! Throughout the next few months, Rebecca regularly checked in on me to ensure I was healing properly.

I’ve also experienced regular strep throat infections and having Ark as my provider made treatment SO much easier! I was able to get an antibiotic prescription within hours of initial symptoms and a positive test to confirm. They were also able to refer me to an ENT provider for consult and to help review whether surgery was the right option for me.

The ONLY thing I wish was that there was a location somewhere between Peoria and Gilbert. I still love the experience so much though that I make the drive to Gilbert from Phoenix AND that I chose to continue paying for Ark on my own even after leaving my previous employer’s medical plan through which I was introduced to the practice.

Being a patient with Ark feels more like I’m texting a friend who I happen to ask for medical advice than going in to see a doctor. Communication and response rate is 10/10 and the personal level of care is out of this world. I never feel rushed during an appointment and don’t hesitate to contact them for fear of unexpected medical bills because I know it’s all included in my monthly fee. Now if only we could get some policies in place to qualify direct primary care membership fees as eligible HSA expenses!! Love Ark and Rebecca. Can’t recommend enough.“

“Dr. Stouk has literally changed my life! Finding her was the greatest blessing! I was trying to raise little kids while struggling through the symptoms of low thyroid and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Before seeing Dr. Stouk, I was told by my other doctor that “nothing would help and I would just have to deal with the flare ups and the symptoms.” I literally could not take care of myself or my children some days! “I’m getting a four star and the reason for this four star is because anytime that you try to call them and either schedule an appointment or you have a medical concern for yourself they never answer the phone or call you back but I do like the nurse or the nurse practitioner that I do work with and she’s great her name is Sharron so the only reason for the four stars is because no one will ever call you back so you have to sit here and try to call and call and call until someone actually answers.“

“So far Ive had 2 of my many needed procedures, 2 ultrasounds and a consult. And every single visit was amazing. DR. Favata IS AMAZING. I was taken aback by how beautiful she was ( not that that really matters, but dhe is beautiful), and I was pleased to discover that she is also beautiful on the inside as well.
Her staff is amazing and thorough. Robert is so informative, its clear he has been in the field a very long time, robert and Sara both have amazing bedside manner. I was very comfortable with them both,( even though I was nervious, and sprawled out, for a procedure.] Sara was so sweet and helped calm me with her words, while Robert also calmed me with his mater of fact answers that made me feel like I understood what was about to happen.
Im a nervous talker, and I never felt the staff was annoyed with me., even though I wouldn't have blamed them.
On my first visit, I was very nervious and kind of emotional. The staff was great, but it was my interaction with Dr. F THAT MADE ME SURE I CHOSE THE RIGHT PLACE!! She was so empathetic, and understanding. I was rambling and about to be in tears. ( With out getting into the details. She gave me a big hug, looked me in the eyes while she spoke. and made me feel seen, heard, and took away any embarrassment i had.) No one wants to have procedures done. But the ablation surgeries that I've had, have been as painless as possible. Dr. F and her staff really care and it shows.“
