Overall everyone is great! They do need to do something about how often the phones go unanswered. Also, it's been over a month and I still don't have my results. It would be nice to get them via the Portal, as it states, or a phone call, etc... having to wait over a month and making me go into the office isn't the most convenient process. Just my two cents...
Everyone was so friendly and took good care of me. The only negative is that they were behind schedule. However, this is understandable because the doctor may have found something extra that needed to be taken care of during the procedure.
