The whole office staff was extremely professional and engaging that they put your mind at ease. Each one introduced themselves and stated their position and what they would be doing
It was a Good experience. The dr was professional so was Jonathan and Shania. The nurse after was great.
The only thing that wasn’t the greatest was when they called me today I think his name was Nick. He asked how I had been feeling, and I told him I was having trouble relieving the gas and I was very uncomfortable and he basically avoided that whole thing and just was like well we left you an email to survey so please tell us how we did thank you. You have a good day and he hung up so I would say maybe train him a little bit better on having conversations with patients after their visit and taking the time to listen otherwise great experience
Honestly I’m really happy with EVERYONE at AzGastro. They cancelled my procedure right before it was supposed to begin because of unidentified heart problems that I’ve been experiencing. I have never been under anesthesia so I’m very grateful because I don’t know what happened had I not mentioned it! Thank you x
