I’ve had such a great experience with Optima- my very favorite provider is Lyndsay Hafferty. She manages to be professional and efficient and at the same time caring and kind. She is always on time. She is great at explaining things in a way I can understand. She always makes me feel comfortable. She remembers personal details about my life and family, and I always leave feeling more than satisfied. My prescriptions are submitted right away, she follows up when she says she will. I had a good experience today with Dr. Vazquez and Optima medical I was tested positive for Covid and now that I know it’s not a cold or flu. I thought it was at least I will be able to come home and rest and recover and get through this so the office is wonderful the people are amazing and had great experience today.
