I believe you need to have a good relation between patient and doctor. Dr.Stephen Panosian his Assistant Claudia and their Optima Medical staff are one of the best in the Queen Creek /Gilbert area. He takes his time and listen and so far after all this year, I have no complaints. That’s why my wife, my daughters and I get our treatments and recommend him 100%! Thank you Optima Medical AZ.

From the moment I walked in I noticed the office was clean and very well kept. The front desk was welcoming. The MA Sherri made me feel comfortable and created a safe place for my appointment. Lyndsay Hafferty is thorough and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what all my options were. She was light hearted and had an amazing sense of humor! I would highly recommend this place!

Thought I had s severe throat/sinus infection. Called midmorning and got an appointment for midafternoon. Was seen on-time by friendly, capable staff who prescribed medication that I was taking two hours later. FANTASTIC service!
