I’ve always had great care from the location near Higley and Chandler Heights but this last time I went and also my daughter about 2 weeks later could have been way better. We both saw PA Lorna Milbourne and hope not to be seen by her again in the future. Bedside manner could have been way better.
We made an appointment for 740. The office called us and said they can fit us in sooner. We waited no more than three minutes in the lobby. Everyone was great and accommodating. The physician that we saw was thorough and kind. Thank you for a great experience.
I had a great experience for a very reasonable price. Injury in the morning, scheduled an appointment the next morning (could have made an appt the same day but wanted to wait to see how the finger felt the next day). My crushed finger went from swollen and throbbing to painful but manageable after draining fluid from under the nail. A much cheaper and quicker solution than other options. Friendly and very capable staff
