Cool Monkey A/C & Heating is absolutely wonderful! Our A/C unit had started making a loud rattling sound and we had to turn it off to prevent any damage. Our home was starting to get very hot, quickly. We explained to the technician that we have young children and a pet in our home and he was to our house within 20mins! He was extremely kind and professional, and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. I would recommend this company to everyone!
Sal from Cool Monkey did a great job during my ac cooling tune-up today for my house's two central air ac units.
He was very patient and explained well along with showing me via photos/videos he took up in the attic where my ac condensate drain pan was clogged and how the lack of a p-trap in the drainage pipe was causing air pressure to prevent my drain pan from properly draining.
Also, he diagnosed the jackhammering sound coming from one of my two outside ac condenser compressor as being a bad, worn out capacitor. He showed me the cap label says it's suppose to be 40 microfarads but his electrical meter is only showing 10 microfarads. And the bad capacitor...read full review
Sal did a great job installing my AC and heater. He showed up when he said he would, gave me a very fair price, and was really nice and easy to work with. The whole job went smoothly, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs AC or heating work.
