Working with American Cooling and Heating (Scot Morgan) has been a pleasure. Scot's direct, up-front way of doing business is refreshing. He is responsive, and follows through with his commitments. I began looking into replacing one of my AC systems in the fall of 2025. Scot has been patient, thorough and candid in addressing all of my questions and concerns. We hired American Cooling and Heating to install a new airconditioning unit and they were fantastic from start to finish. Scot Morgan was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently spent time answering all of our questions. The ordering process and scheduling went smoothly. The installer Matt was great. Incredibly hardworking and very thorough in making sure that the unit was properly installed. We were very impressed with how much effort and care he put into the job. We would highly recommend this company.
