The intentionality in her care for detail in both her work and her space is noted. Massages are described as so nice and stress-relieving, with great pressure that is neither too soft nor too much. Clients have had aches relieved and felt very relaxed and pain free after sessions. Special services like cupping are a nice touch, and the Hot Stone massage is highly recommended, being both therapeutic and luxurious. The music choices are awesome, featuring a chill mix of music rather than typical spa sounds. The business also promotes and collaborates with other local, women-owned businesses, which is appreciated. Clients love the combo appointments, with a facial and massage fitting effortlessly together, leaving them glowing. The welcoming and safe energy creates a dreamy massage experience with a perfect mix of deep body work and relaxation. Finding her spot is a little tricky as it’s in an underground suite of businesses tucked between others. She provided text instructions to find it which was sooo helpful! I’ve never seen that provided by other spa service places. Sequoia was very warm and friendly upon arrival. Sequoia is an incredibly intuitive and skilled massage therapist. She works hard to give you the best experience possible, from start to finish. Her intentionality is in her care for detail in both her work and her space. She is professional, kind, warm, and everything you’d look for in a massage therapist.
I cannot recommend her Hot Stone massage enough! I’ve never received a treatment like it! It’s therapeutic and luxurious at the same time - you’ll be back for more, I guarantee it!

I had a lovely massage and facial with Sequoia. I love her type of massage and felt it really helped relieve some aches I was having. The facial felt amazing and I left there glowing. I loved the combo appt, the facial and massage fit effortlessly together. I highly recommend her.
