I have been coming here since they first opened and I love Doctor Small. However the office staff is horrible now. Most of them are rude and it's also very hard to make appointments.

I needed blood work done quickly. The doc went out of her way to get my blood drawn and have it picked up the same day. Really appreciate the timely service while I was in a pinch to get my results back soon.

I called the office, asked if I could be seen asap. They heard me when I expressed my situation and gave me appointment right away. The visit was a good experience. They also called me as promised for follow up.
