Based on the reviews, Goettl's High Desert Mechanical provides reliable HVAC and plumbing services. Customers are thankful they called, especially during the first Arizona summer. The technicians are professional, top notch, and do not mess around. They troubleshoot problems and are very informative, helpful, and polite. Technicians like David arrive on time and get right to work after explaining what they are going to do. They take pictures and explain what needs to be done to repair damages, including what is needed for the replacement of parts and labor per the warranty. They put customers at ease. The technicians are friendly and informative throughout the entire inspection. They detail the part that needs to be replaced and why, and fully describe the potential consequences if the part is not replaced. They are extremely professional and take the time to explain what they are doing, answering questions thoroughly. They also organize needed repairs in order of urgency. Customers know that A/C repair is never truly inexpensive, but they will spend that money on people who get the job done right and get it done quick.
Our air conditioning, having abruptly stopped working, and having had no prior experience with HVAC companies, I could only read the various reviews, take my best shot & contact Goettl's High Desert Mechanical.
I was subsequently advised that my technician would be Fernando Vasquez, given his background, and advised when he would arrive.
Arriving on time, he proved to be very knowledgeable and professional, explaining each of his steps to diagnosing the failure. Ultimately he provided his findings, some sound advice along with the costs, with no pressure, at all, to upsell me.
Given that the complete fix will require a follow up service call, I pressure to upsell.
that Fernando went beyond protocol to ensure we would remain comfortable until his next promptly scheduled visit to complete the repair.
Thus far, given the follow up visit goes satisfactorily (as I expect it will) I am very pleased with the overall experience and will use them again while highly recommending both Fernando & Goettl’s.
A++ . Well one thing I can say is I'm very thankful I called Goettls. We just moved here from Idaho, first Arizona summer in a very long time. When it comes to the level of professionalism then I experienced, I cannot say enough good things about Goetls. My technician Rafael he is top notch he didn't mess around troubleshoot the problem was very informative, helpful and polite, like I said a professional. They got us back up and running and we can't be more satisfied. Everyone knows in Arizona, A/C is almost a necessity and repair is never truly inexpensive. If I need to spend that kind of money. David arrived on time . Got right to work after explaining what he was going to do. Took pictures and explaining what we had to do to repair the damages what we needed to to to have the replacement of the parts and labor per the warranty . .installed the freon to keep us working until the parts arrive. David explained everything to my wife and myself. T
