Matt took care of us. We had a motor go out on our Trane unit. Trane didn't have one in the United States. Trane had to build a new one and Matt and his team followed up got it installed as soon as it was built and shipped. Now we're looking forward to Winter.

My daughter used Jungle Cat and when we had a problem with our furnace our daughter said you have to call Jungle Cat they did work for us and they were great. So I called and the same day Matt came over to check our problem, found it and explained what should be done. We said yes, and 2 days later they arrived and took care of our problem. When they left everything was working again perfectly. They were prompt, efficient, and so nice to work with.
