The trainers do a great job pushing them while still making the workouts fun and engaging. They’re surrounded by other motivated athletes, which really helps elevate their effort and competitiveness.
I have one volleyball player and one basketball player, and both have seen noticeable gains in strength, confidence, and overall performance since training at Ignite. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and know how to bring out the best in each athlete. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here.“

Kayla has done a phenomenal job not only designing this place, but operations and the business as a whole from start to finish. She puts others to shame and specializes in long term sustainability with fitness and nutrition. In the 13 years she’s been in business, she’s never had one injury!! My knees suck and with her, I have put my full trust and faith in her. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and I’ve lost 15 lbs of fat and gained 8 lbs of lean muscle mass, safely and efficiently in under 2 months. I highly recommend her and her gym!“

As well, I have worked through a number of injuries during my 6-year stint as with their knowledge & expertise have helped me navigate a good training program balance during injury recovery, or if choosing to lose weight, or if to add muscle mass / strength during my time here. Atlas has helped me incorporate strength, resistance, explosive fast twitch training, cardio (i.e. running, track drills, or boxing routines) along w/ plyometric routines! As well, my trainers will engage & discuss activity outside the gym: if road bike routine(s) and/or volleyball in my case...
Atlas provides a great atmosphere, great mix of people ranging from beginners to seasoned athletes, mix of men & women, overall a diverse clientele. This includes my entire household from girlfriend and teenager, so it's a family affair to stay fit!!! No matter your experience level, they will work with you on your fitness plan.
If you’re looking for a supportive, motivating environment with trainers who truly care, I can’t recommend Travis, Dan, and the Atlas team enough. Great gym, great people, great results! ??“

It was my attempt to brace myself for what I thought would be a very scary experience. I was greeted by the most welcoming faces. Although extremely challenging, the session was filled with support, guided instruction and actual fun! Coach Efrain made me comfortable and helped me to enhance my lifting and deep squats (I did all of that recovering from a knee injury). I walked into an advance team, that was patient and encouraging. I left with fitness training, new friends and a renewed sense of personal strength. You Make CrossFit is truly a special place.“

“Move is simply put the best. As a sports medicine surgeon who practiced in the East Valley for the last 4+ years I can say they are one of in not the best places to have physical therapy. They care for their patients, push them to be their best, and help them accomplish their goals. They have a wholistic approach incorporating the most current techniques and modalities and help patients meet their specific needs. If I had an injury this is where I would come.“
