Update! Sauna issues has been resolved. They put in a new unit and it's awesome! Thank you for listening to your customers! Updated from 3 to 5 stars!Staff is super nice. Almost always packed but that's not the staffs fault! Biggest complaint it the sauna isn't near hot enough. I got an email saying it's was fixed. 132 isn't near hot enough. Talked with a lot of other members and they agree! Please crank it up to at least 160.
Staff at front desk are amazing. I am extremely dissatisfied with lack of follow through with repairing sauna, I am beginning to feel sorry for front desk staff who have to take the heat for lack of follow through with repairs. My last review was exceptional. If not for the front desk I would say 2 stars. I don’t use all the amenities the sauna, I discovered has incredible heath benefits yet it has been broken 3+ months
Despite other reviews, when I went staff was really nice and helpful, the sauna was working and it was not too crowded. Most equipment is clean and functional, the locker room is spacious, the pool is nice too. I will be going there regularly.
