    I walked into You Make CrossFit's 6am class with an attitude. It was my attempt to brace myself for what I thought would be a very scary experience. I was greeted by the most welcoming faces. Although extremely challenging, the session was filled with support, guided instruction and actual fun! Coach Efrain made me comfortable and helped me to enhance my lifting and deep squats (I did all of that recovering from a knee injury). I walked into an advance team, that was patient and encouraging. I left with fitness training, new friends and a renewed sense of personal strength. You Make CrossFit is truly a special place.

    Used to come here a while back but started traveling for work full time. This is one of the most comfortable & welcoming crossfits I've been to. The experience also eventually inspired me to get back into crossfit in the area I'm working now. If I move back to AZ I'll definitely be glong back. ??

    Has been an awesome experience here at You Make CrossFit Gym. The year and a half has gone quickly. Our group has incredible energy and pumps everyone up! I enjoy the coaching. Even though we do group workouts it feels like personal training and one on one. I get lots of feedback that helps me improve. I have really been happy with my weight loss journey. With the nutrition coaching I lost 30 lbs. My transformation is ongoing and I look forward to continuing to get stronger and leaner. As a bonus I used to have back pain every now and then and would get adjusted. Since starting CrossFit I have not needed and adjustment.
