Customers report excellent service. One technician diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and cost to fix, and repaired it right away. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Another customer called at 7pm Sunday night and the AC was repaired and running within an hour. A specialist located a leak, fixed it, and further tested it. He was thorough, paying great attention to details, and checked other parts to be sure there were no additional problems. As a long time customer there was no charge. One rep offered services, with a $120ish inspection and $120ish coil cleaning. Another technician did a nice job on two heating and cooling systems and went further by going inside checking wiring and cleaning the filters.
All the people I dealt with we kind, courteous, and helpful. The 2 gentlemen who installed our new air-conditioner & heater were extremely helpful by going above and beyond just their job. They were very diligent and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything especially the use of the portable air conditioner . Sheila& Larry Hutton
I have the e-mail on my phone and I can open the invoice ,but I can't open the invoice on my computer to print it. Craig
Fast and efficient to resolve problem . He wasn't even here an hour and he charged labor of $48 and $16 for a PVC cap to go drain pipe that probably cost you $.50 .The trip charge was $139 , I think that should include some labor when was done and in his truck within an hour . I think Austin is a good tech and figured out the problem quickly .
Samuel the technician did an amazing job! He diagnosed the problem , explained the issue and cost to fix and repaired it right away. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them
