No phone call to say I needed more materials than initially estimated, estimator said I would receive photos of the job throughout the process (never happened), concrete mix left in the front yard, nails and tacs left all throughout my driveway, had my son go up into our attic to check out the job- they left scrap plywood EVERYWHERE, and even left a huge chunk of scrap plywood on top of the flexible duct work coming out of my air handler.Haven't heard a thing from them after the job except for what I owe. Maybe my job was too small for them to care about, but this was REAL MONEY used to pay for this job and not credit card money. Maybe this is why they changed the name...read full review

The most amazing thing happened to me today! I was securing estimates for a minor roof repair, which entailed reshuffling ceramic tiles after wind damage. Roofer Chris arrived early and quickly accessed the damage and offered to fix it prior to the other roofers arrival. I thought OMG that would be perfect. While on my roof readjusting tile, I forgot to ask what the estimate for the repair would be. Feeling overwhelmed and worried about the cost, Chris rang my doorbell and said that he’d completed the work. I asked, what is the cost, and he replied, nothing.
