“This clinic has been such a lifesaver for me. I drive over an hour to get here, and trust me, they are worth it! The staff is so compassionate, and they really listen to you. Appointments are never rushed.

I initially came here for hormone therapy. I had such heavy and painful periods, and in my previous experiences with OBs, I was only offered birth control. This doesn't really fix the problem and comes with a slew of side effects. I wanted real answers. I came to Morning Star and was treated with compassion. They spent a long time going over my health records and ordered a lot of labs! I was put on progesterone and made aware of certain vitamin deficiencies I had that could be contributing. Treatment worked like a charm, and I finally had normal periods.

After becoming pregnant, I decided to deliver with this practice. My appointments were great: very little wait time, kind doctors and nurses. I get very anxious during my c-sections, and Dr. Kreller completely put me at ease. Most of my postpartum care was with Dr. Leonard. I was dealing with postpartum depression, and they got me an appointment for that right away. Dr. Leonard gave me some temporary hormone replacement until my hormones stabilized, which actually helped a lot! He was also very compassionate.

The only thing that I wish could be improved would receptionist availability/office phone response time. It is very rare for me to call and have anybody pick up the phone. I almost always have to leave a message. They are very quick about returning calls, always on the same day and sometimes within an hour or two. Still, something to keep in mind.

I will continue to frequent their practice. I wish all women's care was like theirs!“

“I would give 5 stars to both providers I have seen but the front desk is awful. No patient portal, not even an office email address. I completed my intake forms but didn’t print them as most modern offices have email capabilities. I was made to fill out all 16 pages again which made me have to take more time off than expected. Yesterday they asked for my insurance card which I never received this year. I have been emailing or faxing a copy from the aetna app without issues at SEVERAL other offices. They said they need the physical card. They are not welcoming, helpful or inviting, they act annoyed that you are there.“

“I had to stop going to my last OB (which I always loved, but they don't take my insurance anymore), so I was referred to New Horizons & I wasn't really expecting much more because I loved my last OB so much. But when I met Dr. Moore, I instantly felt comfortable. He's very professional, but also personable, which I feel is important, especially when dealing with intimate women stuff. He's an easy guy to talk to, reassurres you, & again, he still remains very professional. He always takes the time to make sure mine & my husband's questions are answered & that we understand things. Definitely couldn't have asked for a better doctor! ?“
