I highly recommend this particular branch. My only experience ever and it was awesome. I booked online. The front staff was welcoming, efficient and quick to pivot once she realised my issue. She was warm and supportive of my fears, and organised my consult with the provider. The provider herself was also warm and supportive. Gave realistic and practical suggestions, and was very clear on the extent of the assistance the clinic could extend. At the end of our consult, I received (with consent) the most awesome, warm hug, which validated my suffering. I certainly appreciated feeling safe and secure being at this location.

I had the best experience at this PPH! To start, the staff was so incredibly kind! The receptionists were so positive & helpful & The MA and DR were extremely thorough and did everything they could to help! The doctor that helped me at my visit made my experience very safe & comfortable! I give all my thanks to the staff at Planned Parenthood for making me feel like my health and safety matter! Whenever I have to go to the DR for reproductive care I always recommend PPH to friends & Family & now YOU! I'm honestly not sure why this location has such a poor rating. I went in today for a biopsy and truly had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were great. They explained everything and were so nice. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again for any female care I need in the future.
