I went in already nervous about being at the doctor and getting an exam. Once I was in the room Dr Shavana took an hour to come into my room while the entire time I have the paper drape over me wondering when she’ll come And then she acted like I was out of line when I commented on how long it took her. Then she never sent my prescription it took 2 weeks for her to send it after a phone call. Lastly I wanted my results and the portal wasn’t working so I called and the lady at the front said there is nothing they could do not even my doctor can tell me my results i would have to come in for another appointment. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude & unhelpful. She would often swear/ insult me & other guests under her breath.They also never updated my address so I never received any bills from them and I only found out once debt collectors called.I also went in once because I was in a lot of pain (it was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment). They dismissed me basically saying they didn’t know without a real examination. I ended up in the ER 2 days later. This was also something they could have diagnosed (heck it was exactly what I told them) & gave me medication for but they just don’t seem to care.They are very disorganized & unfriendly. If I give zero stars I would, from the doctor being unprofessional to my test results taking over 3 months to come in!! You will have to call at least 4 times before someone even picks up the phone. They performed a service on me that I didn't even need before checking if my insurance covered it, don't waste your time or money.
