“I absolutely love Be Well Medical and feel so lucky I found Dr. Shiffler and Dr. Salisbury. I see Dr. Shiffler for my primary care and well-woman care, and Dr. Salisbury mostly for acupuncture—but she’s become so much more than that for my overall health.
One of the things I appreciate most about both of them is that they really listen. I’ve had experiences with other doctors where I felt brushed off or like I wasn’t being heard, and I’ve never felt that way here. Both Dr. Shiffler and Dr. Salisbury take my concerns seriously, make me feel heard and respected, and actually include me in conversations about my care.
Dr. Shiffler takes her time with me and is super easy to talk to. I never feel rushed, and I love that her first instinct isn’t just to prescribe something and move on. She asks questions, listens, talks through options with me, and really tries to get to the root of what’s going on. It always feels like we’re working together on my health.
I originally started seeing Dr. Salisbury for acupuncture, but she’s become such a great sounding board. We’ve also done food sensitivity testing, and I really appreciate being able to talk with her about my diabetes, nutrition, hormones, and just my health in general, I can bring up anything I’ve been thinking or worrying about, and she’ll take the time to talk it through with me.
I also have to mention Tony, the office manager—he’s always in such a good mood and super helpful. Whether it’s scheduling, dealing with insurance stuff, passing along messages, or resending info, he makes everything so easy and stress-free.
It’s honestly such a great feeling to have healthcare providers who actually know you and listen. I really trust and appreciate everyone here and feel so grateful to have them on my healthcare team. I can’t recommend Be Well Medical, Dr Shiffler, Dr Salisbury, and Tony enough!”
