I've been coming to Zest Natural Medicine for several years. I'm so grateful for all the medical guidance, and happy to report that my digestive and hormone issues have improved greatly. Dr. Shonna Christain has a wonderful way of explaining things so you walk away feeling empowered about your health. It's all about fixing the issue and not masking it. An honorable mention to Dr. Barrie Zeller. Both ladies have made a postive impact on my health and well-being.

Dr Shonna is wonderful! I go to the Surprise office. It's bright, clean and relaxing...not like your typical doctors office. She's helping me with all kinds of symptoms related to my Hashimoto's, EBV, and debilitating fatigue. For the first time in a long time I feel so hopeful! I even cried a little when I left her office haha! If you want a doctor who truly takes the time to listen and wants to help you, look no further! Her pricing is transparent and very reasonable too!

I highly recommend Dr. Christian. She has so much knowledge to share, it blows my mind. She is thorough in her first appointment to get to the root of issues you are having. I had been taking meds for acid reflux for years. After our initial visit several weeks ago and her simple recommendation I no longer take anything. It's amazing! I even eat spicy food occasionally now with no issues and I had been avoiding it for years. Thank you!
