“Diana did a beautiful single process color. She is so kind, welcoming and professional.
My only comment is I have never been to a hair salon for color where the blow-dry is not included in the color service. This was a first for me, so I rewashed and styled my hair myself when I got home. Too expensive for me with this type of a la carte service. But I highly recommend Diana if you don't mind $$$$. The previous location was just a couple of minutes drive for me but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my facials. The new location isn't much further and I would follow Francesca just about anywhere! I was concerned that the prices might go up because of the new luxury location but the prices stayed the same! I recently had a chemical peel and Francesca answered all my questions and made sure I was completely comfortable. I've had chemical peels before and they burned during the process but the one that Francesca did didn't burn at all! It's been 2 days and I'm just starting to peel.
