“Absolutely wonderful first visit at Velvet Hound Groomer! Chloe came in very anxious after a difficult experience at another salon where her face was nicked, so I was especially nervous about taking her somewhere new. The team took extra time with her, were patient and gentle, and made sure she felt as comfortable as possible.

They were also very prompt and organized before the appointment—texting/calling ahead to confirm paperwork and make sure Chloe’s vaccinations were current. When you walk in, the space feels welcoming and well set up, with a TV to the right and several individual stalls for the dogs.
