“I'm giving 4 stars because they were good and served well. But it's too long to wait. It's the second time I've been to this place and I don't think I'll go back just because of the wait. If they served faster it would be excellent.“

“Took my wife with a very bad cough and cold. Dr John took time to explain her situation and symptoms. Gave her the proper breathing treatment and RX. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! Great experience.“

“Scott and Blanca were amazing with my son during his 4 year old well child visit. Throughout the appointment, they were amazing and treated my son well. When it came time for his shots, they were able to give him his shots without hurting and my son even said, "huh, that didn't hurt". LOL. Scott and Blanca are just amazing and I will recommend My Dr Now to anyone looking for a family physician.“

“I was so happy to get a very quick appointment 12/17/24, after trying to find a doctor that would see me for weeks. I’m 78 years old and have had a horrendous chest cold for 27 days. Everything went smoothly and I was pleased to hear that x-ray showed no pneumonia. I never got a diagnosis as to what was causing my cough and would like to know. Other than that, the visit was comforting but I’m still coughing, just not as intense. The prompts to follow for an answer were long and confusing. Thank you in advance.“

“Most of the time we have had a good experience here, but recently we had an experience that could have been life-threatening due to negligence by the provider we saw. The doctor we originally saw on 10/13/24 for my son was Michelle Cambern (NP). She completely ignored our request to further examine his chest because our 7-year-old autistic son was complaining of pain in his chest when he would drink and eat or when he took a deep breath. She listened to his lungs and said they, "Sound perfect." 10/15/24 my son was having labored breathing. We took him back to this facility, and the physician that attended him on that day immediately called 911 and had him transported to Phoenix children's because he ultimately had pneumonia. All I can say is always advocate for yourself and if a doctor at this facility does not want to further examine your chest, demand it.“
