Patients report positive experiences with the friendly staff, including receptionists and medical assistants. Many appreciate the quick appointment scheduling process and commend the care provided by staff members, highlighting their attentiveness and thorough explanations.
Some patients have praised the excellent care from the P.A., noting that treatment plans were explained well and effectively addressed their issues. However, there are mentions of a Nurse Practitioner who did not spend enough time addressing concerns, leading some to suggest seeing their primary care doctor instead.
Overall, NextCare offers convenient care for a variety of medical issues, but patient experiences with medical providers can vary.
My baby and I have unfortunately had to go in a few times for different things such as Flu or other sickness and each time was a really great experience. They have always released us with results and were able to figure out exactly what was wrong each time. We are always taken care of with a lot of respect and patience! I’m glad we choose NextCare urgent care each time.
I was slicing watermelon on Memorial Day and sliced my index finger really badly. My husband drove me to NextCare here in Estrella. I was seen immediately by Tamera Townsend Cook and Kade McGough. I was very impressed with their care. Very happy to have the services so close to home.
The 4 stars is because I felt like the receptionist was not the friendliest. I get it's a Sunday and most people would prefer not to work on a Sunday but this is the job you chose. The PA Kelly Mcalister was amazing
