My recent visit was incredibly positive. The staff warmly welcomed me, and my provider David, PA was truly delightful. He exhibited exceptional attentiveness, knowledge, and clarity in explaining everything. His friendly approach immediately put me at ease, and I left feeling reassured and excellently cared for. I wholeheartedly give it 5/5 stars and highly recommend!

Clean facility, short wait time. However, the receptionist told me I owed $35 for my copay, charged my card, then said she would give me the receipt before I left. I checked my receipt when I got home, and she actually charged me $75! I called them and she notified me that when the insurance card does not state a specific amount for Urgent Care, they usually just charge $75. They did not even bother to verify with my insurance. I had to call my insurance, do a conference call with them, so they would finally believe me. She informed me that she would email the billing department, who will issue the refund. Brianna in front office was very friendly and kind. Angell who took me back was so caring, made me feel welcomed. Diana the PA was also kind, and thorough. Always a great experience of being cared for.
