“FirstLight Home Care came into our lives a little over 3 weeks ago as my father entered hospice at home. He and my mother's wish was that he die at home. “We needed a battery for my grandma's inogen in order for her to get on the plane from Phoenix to Oregon and the lady said they usually didn't carry those on hand but asked us to have a seat while she talked to her manager. Less than 2 minutes later she comes back with a fully charged double battery!!! It was just a borrow battery but with it my grandma was able to still fly out today to spend time with other family for the Thanksgiving holiday!!!“
