Brandon was a very respectful, thoughtful and knowledgeable man. He kept us informed about each step he took to identify the problem with our air conditioning. He is a professional, hard working young man and represents your company well.

We called up Dodson heat and air and they were able to come out same day even though I didn’t contact them until almost 1 pm. The guy who came out was thorough and professional. If he wasn’t sure, he called his boss to ensure he was giving us top quality care for the most affordable price before taking our entire unit apart! Would recommend Dodson’s team to anybody needing heat/air repairs or replacement!

My A/C went out with temps close to 100°F outside close to end of work day. Justin (I believe I've got the name right) came within 20 minutes, took care of the issue (a stopped up drain pipe), made sure everything else worked well, explained every step of the way, and was very professional. Because of the excellent work, I decided to sign up for their yearly maintenance services. All together it was reasonable price-wise. Very glad I called Dodson Heat and Air.
