“been going here for years and never had a problem. they alway get my stuff done on time and the prices are fair for the area... i left a dress in last minute before a wedding and they had it ready no questions asked. honestly dont know what id do if they closed, this place is a lifesaver.”
“Very professional, easy service. They came to my apartment doorstep to both pick up and drop off the clothing. Suit jackets came back looking good.
On one of them, a button on the cuff came back missing. After contacting Old Town via their text service (which I’m a big fan of), they quickly apologized and came to pick up the jacket the next day, and returned it the following morning with the exact button sewn back in. Pricing is great, especially when you include the fact that I don’t have to leave my house to drop it off, and their service is typically less than 24 hours start to finish! I’ll happily use them again.”
“I was held up in picking up my order and also went to the business with a catastrophe going on, my side. Capt Keith and assistsant were kind, easy, smiled, and I was out. I forgot my in-coming cleaning with all the drama on my end. I surely will be back. My order was exceptional.”
