Very professional, easy service. They came to my apartment doorstep to both pick up and drop off the clothing. Suit jackets came back looking good.
On one of them, a button on the cuff came back missing. After contacting Old Town via their text service (which I’m a big fan of), they quickly apologized and came to pick up the jacket the next day, and returned it the following morning with the exact button sewn back in. Pricing is great, especially when you include the fact that I don’t have to leave my house to drop it off, and their service is typically less than 24 hours start to finish! I’ll happily use them again.
