Got a very expensive black wool coat from Goodwill for about $3 that was completely covered in lint, wadded up, and very wrinkled. Dry cleaning was $12 and it looks, feels, and smells like a brand new, very nice coat now!
Didn’t have a great first or second experience. My first time bringing my items to get dry cleaned and starched I picked them up and they were wrinkled and shirts didn’t have a crease. They were helpful in having them redone, but even the second time they weren’t great. I normally have light starch, but I used medium here in hopes the second time the crease holds. It was only slightly better, but at least the second time I had a crease. There likely won’t be a third time, but I will say they have excellent customer service!
