The customer service here is unmatched! My mom had dropped off my comforter to be cleaned and they called me within 48 hours to let me know it was ready for pick up! It smelt great and was so clean. It made me so so happy! It was also reasonably priced which seems to be rareity these days. The worker was so kind and even offered some loillpops to my girls. It was great!
Kudos on turning a sorrow into a triumph!I bought a vintage jacket with buttons shapes in cicadas, which have deep meanings in my Chinese cultural background. Unfortunately, the jade buttons went missing in the dry cleaning process. Kristy, the associate at the dry cleaning was very compassionate and committed to make the best effort to help me restore the sentimental pieces!
