“I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff and doctors were at All Pets in Bentonville, as we had to make the hard decision to put our beloved Westie to sleep. From the moment we walked in, they did not judge us for the tears that were flowing as we spent our last few minutes with our beloved pet Frisco. They immediately got us into a private setting and afterwards let us use a side door, so we did not have to face a waiting room full of people and their pets. The vet and vet tech were both incredibly professional, they answered all of my (MANY) questions, and I very much appreciated that they were upfront with costs during the process so nothing at the end was a surprise. The Doctor was very sweet to my two kittens and made sure I was aware of everything she was doing throughout the appointment. The put the kitties on a 4 part plan to make sure they get all the shots/treatment they need to stay safe and healthy and gave me an outline of what each appointment would look like and how much it would cost. Mike and Dr. Blomberg were kind, caring and professional as they diagnosed the issue (facial swelling believed to be from an insect sting), treated Hayley and prescribed medicine.
