We had A different agency to help with my mom, but she was without care 30 to 40% of the time because they could not get anybody to fill-in when we hired first flight that all changed when someone calls in or can’t be here that’s supposed to be they get somewhere out here usually the same day. I don’t think they’ve even missed one day of service yet. Kaylee is great at getting my mom the care she needs.“
