My mom had been transported to Springfield, MO after going to Mercy Rogers ER. We had to make the decision for her to be discharged to hospice and were told that EMS would be available to transport her back to Northwest Arkansas. Just after noon we were informed EMS wasn't coming and we had to make a last minute request for a medical transport to Bentonville. They had my my mom picked up and transported by the end of the day.
