I have been calling for 2 days requesting a manager call me back. Yesterday the local Lowell office number answered and said they would call me back, did not. Today the number is disconnected.I bought a house in Rogers and closed on 1/28/2023. In March, Ferrell Gas called me and tried to get me to agree to take over the past owner's past due propane delivery bill from over a month before I took ownership of the house. When I laughed and said I was not responsible and was sorry, the agent tried to guilt me into paying it and was kinda/sorta threatening about how if I didn't make 2 propane orders this year they'd terminate my service.Imagine my surprise when I get a bill...read full review

Zero stars is not available. We have called multiple times to resolve an issue with our account to be told by a different person each time they would call us back. Each time we had to call them back and recieved the same response of "I'll have to speak with my manager and call you back". During one call the representative accused us of lying about prices in our area then was suprised when I became upset and raised my voice. Our issue is still not resolved and it has been over a week since speaking with them. As soon as our tank is empty we will be switching to a local provider that understands customer service

I put a 2 because the people in customer service were nice, and helpful, but really want to put a 1. It's been almost 3 weeks since I placed a $400 order, plus the leak meter test, which was hard enough to save up because I live alone and am struggling. So they know I'm out completely. Was told it would be a week. Understandable. On day of expected delivery, recieved an automated call sayin 2-3 more days. Went all the way into the next week and received an email to give a review but had not gotten delivery. I called and was told they had a driver out sick and would for sure get it the next day.
