Long story short, we have not had a propane tank since the early 2000s so I was reading the PSI gauge when I called for a refill. They ended up only having to put 59 gallons in. I was very embarrassed and called to apologize and ask how to read the gauge, and as you probably guessed I was reading the wrong one. When I called I spoke with Will, and he was so nice and reassured me that it was not a big deal at all and he stayed on the phone with me while I got my coat on and walked out to the tank so he could help me. He took his time and never once rushed me. Best customer service I have come across in a very long time!!!
Working with Jordan Yates has been a pleasure and an education . He was a really good guy to work with and very well educated regarding his trade. His supervisor Megan, has also been very helpful. It was good to get everything installed after waiting so long to get it because of the weather.
I gave a 4 star today because Ferrellgas has let me run out of gas a few times, on the coldest, nastiest days and times of the year. I ran out Monday, when it was snowing and icy. I called and let them know I was out. I knew they couldn’t get to me where I live because the roads were covered in snow and ice, and I live out near the lake. I received a call from Neal, who offered to bring two smaller tanks out. He and Jordan brought those out, hooked them up and got everything running so my pipes wouldn’t freeze.
