“We were on a day trip away from home, when our dog suddenly fell ill. She's an older pup with heart problems so we thought maybe her time had come. We called around hoping to find a vet able to see us while driving to this location bc it was closest. They took us in right away, moved some patients around just to squeeze us in. They were all extremely nice and the Dr explained everything clearly and gave us so much comfort and peace of mind. They sent us on our merry way with some new meds for the lil potato. Very thankful we ended up at this vet as opposed to the others in the area.Taters is doing better this evening. She might've just had too much excitement for the day!!!“

“My two wonderful cats needed help. They had some skin issues that I could not get rid of. I thought it was fleas or ticks but I was able to get rid of the fleas with shampoos and a flea trap. I hadn't seen a flea in over a year but the skin issues persisted on both cats. My Lake Hamilton Animal Hospital visit took only an hour total and Dr Ashley Stephens turned things around! She is absolutely brilliant, she's quick, she's incredibly good at what she does! Both cats received vaccines, steroid shot, antibiotic shot. I had fought this skin problem for so long using flea shampoos, anti-fungal shampoos, even cat-safe essential oils and skin cream. Nothing worked. So when I left the animal hospital with my cats I admit I felt a little teary-eyed, you know? Additionally, my cats came home NOT traumatized! Look, you know how difficult cats are but they handled them so well! My cat Sofi didn't even cry much at all. She cried more in the car going to the vet than she did in the office being given the shots. I think I heard 2-3 meows out of her when Dr Stephens gave her the shots and checked her skin. Incredible! Best money spend ever. <3“

“Love this vet and her workers. They have cared for 7 of my dogs, stayed all day on a Saturday for an emergency surgery, spent over an hour after hours to bring a raging temperature down, showed me how to give shots at home to lower her temp. Always calls to check on the pups after surgeries and any problems. Went to my sister's house to euthanize her elderly GSD. Always straight up with prognosis, explains everything. Very compassionate when I have to let one go. I won't go anywhere else.“
