“I had an emergency situation arise over a weekend. I needed a neuro vet on Monday! I got fit in and was very well cared for by Dr. Zimmerman/Nafe!
My regular vet wasn’t in the week before so I saw another vet at my clinic that I’ve never met before. He, unfortunately, didn’t listen to me or review the vet ER notes and put 2/2 together. Treated my boy for an infection on the skin.
It was a neuro crisis that needed treated with steroids, muscle relaxants, and pain meds with strict confined rest and I’m so grateful it worked out that day I could get squeezed in.
Dr. Zimmerman is awesome and I will be returning my pet business back to Hillcrest Animal Hospital!”
