Edwards Veterinary Clinic: Fleming Marie DVM

The ladies in the clinic provide our furbabies the highest quality of care. They work really hard to ensure our dogs feel comfortable throughout their medical procedures. Without a doubt these women tend to our pets with love and would do the same for yours too.

Dr Kelly is amazing. We have not had much lucks with vets for our animals. We were told about Dr Kelly, so we thought we would try it. Our dog had not been gaining weight, but was eating and had some other issues. He is a Lab/English Mastiff mix, he was down to 70 pounds. Took him in the first part of March. Dr Kelly did blood work and found out he had a Brown Tick Disease. She prescribed medication and he is all better. She saved our dog and was so kind and caring. The bill was pretty reasonable (I guess), everything is so expensive now a days. His weight it back up and he is healthy again.

Yesterday I would have rated this clinic a 1. Had an incident with a staff member that was bad and I left feeling verbally assaulted because that is what I was. That staff member has not felt the need to apologize but Dr. Kelly and the business manager Carole had me come in and tell them what happened because they were not there at the time of the incident. They were very upset and bent over backwards to make up for my treatment and are very upset with the person who lashed out at me. They took good care of my cat and did not charge me which was very good of them considering the way I was treated. As long as that person does not lay a hand on my animals, I can ignore her. Thank you Dr. Kelly and Carole for being so understanding. I have been with this clinic for 25 years!
