B & B Plumbing is efficient, kind, and incredible. They show up on time, work steadily, and complete projects right away. They provide superior service, explain what they will do, and are instructive about next steps. They charge a low, reasonable cost. When an issue arose with a new water heater seal, they returned quickly to fix it. They do a fantastic job and customers would recommend them to anyone, definitely planning to use them again.
They helped install a new water heater last week. They were kind, quick, and incredible. So thankful for their assistance. When the seal on the new water heater didn't set right they were out within a few days to reseal it and it's worked perfectly since. Thank you so much!

I'm writing this review for my in-laws who have a lake house in Cherokee Village.
Water was backing up into their basement. B&B quickly identified the problem with the septic, fixed the issue enough so water could be used overnight and showed up promptly in the morning to finish the job.
They were prompt, professional and friendly. The owner, Roland, was very kind and explained exactly what the problem was and how he was planning to fix it. The work was exactly what they said they'd do. The price at the end of the job was very reasonable.
Overall they are extremely satisfied with the work B&B completed and will use them again for all of their plumbing needs.
