Richard's Heating & Cooling provides prompt and reliable service. They are available on weekends and willing to assist with troubleshooting. Customers appreciate their clear communication about scheduling and potential delays. The company has a quick response time, even during emergencies, and technicians are polite and professional. They responded very quickly and got heat going during a big cold snap. Eric went above and beyond to fix a terrible smell. They also repaired AC during a heat advisory.
The tech cane out about an hour after I called. He was very professional and helpful. He checked everything, tested it out and found the issue. I really appreciate the respective service and knowledge

We had to take a leap of faith to replace a lemon heat pump that had been improperly installed by a disreputable HVAC contractor. This person not only installed a lemon for the previous owners of our home, but then attempted to gouge us with exorbitant labor costs for warrantied replacement parts after we purchased the home.
We selected Richards Heating and Cooling to assess our issues and we haven’t looked back. It was THE best maintenance decision we’ve made since purchasing our home. Every associate I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

I called at 8:54 am on a Friday morning. The tech showed up at 11:00 am! Talk about fast. They had the air up and running in less than 15mins! Excellent customer service and a quick response. Highly recommend…..Ty
