My husband & I came in late from out of town during a heat advisory to no air conditioning in our home. I called around 11:30 PM to leave a message for the following morning. The on-call technician answered right away, asked questions, took my information, and someone was here to replace our condenser before 9 AM the next day! I had a great experience with Richard's heating. I'm new to the area, and just needed them to check out my hvac and have them clean out and give me a tutorial of how to work my propane fireplace. They got me in within a day and Adam showed up. He was very courteous and professional. The price was reasonable also. Highly recommend!
Needed to have AC unit checked during recent heat wave that's ongoing. Wasn't an emergency and cooling was going on. But system running hard. Had no apparent but service team got to me within an hour of inquiry. All ok.. Just running hard due to extreme temperatures. Great response and through checks. Call them if need.
