Karen’s team today did a great job on my poodle mixes. We are here from out of town and had gotten away from their grooming schedule due to the holidays. They’ve been enjoying being dogs and playing in all of natures bounty! We got them a nice fresh clean and the young woman was so kind. I regretfully have forgotten her name (she def introduced herself when we entered today!) Highly recommend their services. Very reasonably priced and I love their intimate boutique style studio. I had my roof replaced by Spartan Roofing and I am so impressed with this company and their foreman, Toby Gordon. I got more than just a Roofer when I hired him for the job. Toby made himself available very shortly after I contacted the Jonesboro office for an estimate. He arrived on time, explained in depth the process, stayed in touch until the Install, was there during the install and then did the final inspection. He went above and beyond coordinating with the other contractors ensuring everything would look amazing once all the renovations were completed. The roof looks amazing and I'm really happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Toby for your next home improvement project.

From the moment I sat down, I could tell this wasn’t just “another haircut.” She took the time to actually listen to what I wanted, asked the right questions, and made sure we were on the same page before ever picking up the clippers. That alone means a lot, because when you walk out with exactly what you asked for, you know you’re in the hands of someone who truly cares about their craft.
The attention to detail was next level. Not only was the haircut on point, but she also waxed my unibrow, cleaned everything up perfectly, and made sure every line was sharp and intentional. Add in the hot towel, beard oil, and full grooming treatment, and it honestly felt more like a full reset than just a haircut. I booked an appointment with Julie completely unknown and I was nervous, but she was great. The atmosphere was amazing and she did everything I asked for. I wish I could give her more stars. If you are new to the area, call the shop and give them a chance! They really do it at all

During the snow storm my dog of 14 years started having violent seizures unfortunately the decision had to be made to end his suffering. I had called Barnes Veterinary Clinic they completely understood and told us to bring him in. The lady and gentleman that were there treated my baby boy with such tenderness while making him comfortable and made sure I knew I had all the time I needed. I will truly never be able to repay them for helping me through one of life's biggest challenges. Saying goodbye to my best friend.

When we moved into town, my husband surprised me with a beautiful arrangement and knowing lilies are my favorite, it was absolutely incredible and made the house smell so amazing. They have done incredible arrangements for other occasions, and we are never disappointed. The talent and gift she has creating these arrangements is in a league of its own..
They are very good at what they do. We had a water leak from main meter to house. They came and worked so hard. Best of all they are a fine tuned group. No sitting around they work with Steve the boss like they all know what to do. They are very courteous and hard working.

The owner and staff are super helpful and professional. We are ordering all of our windows and doors from them, as we are working on a major renovation job. Some of their prices are better than competitors but one or two have been higher. However the few higher prices have also been on higher quality items. They have been awesome at communicating with us throughout the process.
