I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for nails and hair. Been having Miranda do my hair for the last 2 years. I showed up for my appointment to be told the nail tech doesn't work on Sat usually and was not coming in today and that Moranda was playing ball in some play off game and was not working today. REALLY I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS AGO. NO CALL TO LET ME KNOW. I SHOW UP FOR MY 2 APPOINTMENTS TO FIND OUT NEITHER PERSON IS GOING TO BE THERE. THIS IS NO WAYTO TREAT CUSTOMERS. My time is just as important t as yours!! If you could not be there why not give a courtesy call! Do NOT waste your time like they wasted mine. Do you think they would have the decency to let me know they would not be in Saturday and offer me an appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday NO NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM ANYBODY!! I could of changed my appointment to any of those days. DIGUSTING the way you treat established customers, can't imagine how you would treat new people.
I LOVE Moranda! I needed an entire makeover and she DELIVERED!! She ordered me a hair piece and I love it! she also colored it AND my beard and eye brows! She is an awesome lady and me and my husband just love her! Jennifer did an awesome job on my "Zero" from The Nighmare before Christmas!!! She had a super special and I asked about getting it and she is very professional and funny! The entire experience of getting the tattoo was AWESOME! Her line work is beautiful! My entire Friday the 13th (2023) was WONDERFUL and I highly recommend Be You ! ! ! I drove 2 and a half hours because I ONLY want Moranda doing my hair! Thank you Moranda and Jennifer and the whole crew!
