“I rarely leave reviews, but after meeting Jeff with Foundation Pros, I didn’t want to gate keep my great experience. Jeff arrived on time and was very friendly. We immediately visited my concern in the backyard, which was a stair step crack under the window of my brink home. His inspection was very thorough and informative. After inspecting the outside of my home, he crawled under the crawlspace to check for hidden foundation issues. Thankfully, the crack was not something structurally concerning. He suggested I call a brick mason to repair the crack or fix it myself with some caulking made specifically for brick. Before he left we spent extra time discussing drainage solutions for my front yard. I never felt rushed or intimidated. He was excellent and I will be calling Foundation Pros again, if I have any new issues. Thanks Jeff!“

“American structure is amazing! Julio, Fernando and Darrell. Such professionals. From my initial phone call, they were prompt to come evaluate our retaining wall that fell, Provide me with a quote, detailed plans, and estimated time periods. They were reliable. They cleaned up after themselves every day. We live on a steep driveway and we’re still able to get in our parking places despite all the work they had to do. It was a tremendous amount of work and an extremely fair bid.! So well done. I cannot recommend them enough. They were very meticulous, detail, oriented, courteous, and just overall amazing! The wall looks amazing. They cleaned up our driveway, the yard, replaced mulch…. All looks brand new. Just above and beyond! This is literally my first Google review! “If you are looking for a company to fix your home or a part of it, these are your guys! Whereas it wasn't perfect, repair and remodels rarely are. However, I have worked with enough contractors to know that these guys have a great balance of professionalism and explaining, and answering questions. They deal with customers' concerns really well. Bruce is the best on-site manager you could hope for. I can't give them 5 stars, but I can give them a solid 4 plus. I will use them again, so should you!“

“Great People and Great work!We made the right decision to hire Permasteel to update our home. We got a new metal roof, siding, windows, living room floors, Air Conditioning system, outer doors and a storm glass door on the front. Rick and Jason were professionals that always kept their word. Even when something was not right, they corrected it at our request. All the work was completed in a couple of months. Jason was always quick to return my texts and Rick was available if you called on the phone. Our house looks wonderful! Sometimes the timetable was frustrating but all the work was completed. The only part I did not like was that one of the roof workers left a vent off that caused my hot water heater pilot light to go out. I had to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the problem but noticed that the flashings on the roof that were supposed to be heat resistant over the hot water heater and heater vents on the roof were not the correct ones. The roofers did not come and replace them with the proper flashings. I was upset about that and it made me wonder what other corners were cut during the construction. But in the end we were provided with the extensive warranties on all the work and that made me feel a bit more secure in case there is a problem in the future. The process for taking out the loans we used to finance the remodel through Permasteel was easy to do through the company and the terms were fair. We ended up financially in a better position with a wonderful updated home! If we need additional work I will work with them again. “Mr Palmer and his crew have done an awesome job on my historic home in the Quapaw Quarter. They have painted my home, replaced broken windows, caulked, replaced rotten wood, repaired water damaged ceilings inside, and made repairs to the original wooden floors which I thought could not be helped. I think Mr Palmer can do about anything and I could not be more pleased! Mr Palmer works alongside his crew and treats them with respect. they are always on time, ready to work, and respectful of my property and my privacy. Most importantly, Mr Palmer listens to me and makes suggestions so we can work together to solve a problem. I am so glad my neighbors who use no one else but Mr Palmer, recommended him to me!
