Jez has been so helpful, I explained to them that I had to have my treadmill for health reasons and they where so helpful and that lady in the office Fonda was quick and got me in contact with the service man and he fixed my treadmill and I'm back in business within a week.

Very impressed with Jez and their customer service. Nick was awesome! He kept in constant communication with me and was prompt. I have a Nordictrack treadmill that is a fairly new model. He was able to change out my belt and fix my treadmill right up. He even gave me some helpful pointers. I definitely recommend Jez.

Jimmy was awesome! My treadmill's motor went out but thankfully Jimmy was able to fix it! He was so courteous, responsive, and timely for our service calls. We communicated through email, which was so convenient for me! He had to come out twice because of ordering parts for the repair. I recommend Jez Enterprise for your repairs!
