John was absolutely amazing! Very personal and understanding, he did a fantastic job with our walk through and set up. We had an amazing workout and I learned so much in just the first day! 10/10 recommend!!

John was amazing! 10/10 for sure. If you want positivity, good energy and a great workout push, John is your guy! Not only did her bring me out of my comfort zone but he took time to understand my wants and needs with the whole experience of eating good, looking good, and feeling good!

Went in a couple weeks ago, and forgot to post my review. The Michelle girl was super sweet and super nice! Very professional, not to mention... ??? couldn't even focus on my workout. ??? but very good place to be.
