I am a member of 10 Gym in Fort Smith. I do like this gym. It is clean, well maintained and they are updating equipment regularly. I have used their personal training associates-Lighthouse fitness too. I did enjoy my fitness training sessions too. I did need to cancel my contract with Lighthouse Fitness before the end of my contract. My account was handled by John with Lighthouse fitness and he delivered in everything he said he would do for me concerning my cancellation. I don’t know his last name but he visits the gym regularly, like a regional manager. The staff is kind in the mornings when I go and am still barely awake and they match energy when you walk in later in the day in a great way. I chose this gym because I appreciate that it is staffed 24 hours a day. If I drop weights on myself, I didn't want to worry that I would die waiting for someone to find me when staff came in the next morning. The high number of machines, private spaces, and free weights gives me more courage to try new workouts. This place is a confidence builder. Highly recommend.

This place is stocked and actually friendly. Staff greeted us the first time we walked in. Staff reached out to be sure I knew about and used the free first time coaching session to get started right. They still greet me every time I walk in and reach out regularly. They have everything I need to work out and chill out. Love the hydromassage after working out!
