“I’ve taken approximately seven classes thus far and must say, it’s a great supplement to my normal exercise routines and activities! I invest 1-3hrs per day, 6days/week in my physical fitness- walking, mountain-biking, pickleball, and weight training primarily; so, when my wife convinced me to go with her to a class, I assumptively assumed, “girl-exercises with some cables while laying down, piece of cake”…WRONG!! It is a highly effective knitting together of muscle, breath-control, posture, technique, core strengthening , etc. etc. etc. and given my Type-A personality, it will take a LONG time to truly master. I can maintain lean muscle, tone and strength, but flexibility has never been my friend, EV-ER!! And my older man posture, yeh, not great. SO…Pilates is helping me remedy (hopefully) or at least, slow-down the physical decline that comes with age. The instructors are knowledgeable, highly skilled and are inclusive of all genders and body types. I leave the studio after every class in some state of soreness of muscles I didn’t even know existed <yikes> It’s going to prove to be a great and worthwhile investment of time and money. Hhmmm, who would have thought?! Thanks Club Hill Pilates!”
