I also use their physical wellness and fitness options which are offered at a great monthly membership fee; workout equipment, multiple aquatic options, including aerobics,Sauna, Steam room etc. Very friendly and helpful staff on site early and late hours. This is my go to place.“

I go in, there is a pattern the masseuse follows for the hour, it's nice and relaxing but that's about it. That was not the case at all. Kate was WONDERFUL and the massage was custom to my needs and where I have pain and problems. She put me at ease immediately, and I was totally comfortable telling her if something hurt or if there was a place that needed extra work. She worked out some long-standing kinks that have been plaguing me for a while. I had the best nap of my life after that massage. I highly recommend booking with Kate!“

“Great atmosphere and the people couldn't be a nicer group. I was looking for a place to get a loading phase of NAD IV and possibly continue on once a month for maintenance dosing. Treatment itself was great and they made it super comfortable for it being my first time. BUT... if you're looking for NAD treatments, I would advise looking elsewhere. The pricing sheet that they gave me for the NAD treatment options is very misleading and confusing. Needed a graphing calculator just to figure out how much I was paying and what for. 5 stars anyway since they took the time to explain. They've got so many treatment options that I'll likely be back to check those out“

The snacks and drinks at the bar area are a nice pick me up for a late afternoon appointment. Kacie does my hair and it is always perfect. Wade does my daughters and it is always beautiful. They are both great with blond highlights and cuts.“
