“Beautiful atmosphere and lovely people did not make me feel like a bother with my rollator. The parking lot needs a bit of work to be more disability friendly but I’m sure that’s not their fault as I know a lot of businesses that is the city’s doing. I enjoyed the lady who worked with me. She was very kind at explaining everything (I’ve never gotten my brows done before). She asked me many times if I wanted any more removed and didn’t take off a bunch all at once which was what I was very worried about and often what stopped me from getting my brows done. She knew I didn’t want a ton taken off and just a clean up to make them look cute. She definitely delivered and I felt very pampered and I feel ready for graduation. I greatly enjoyed it and I think I will be back in the future if I wanna get them done to pamper myself or for an event. Only downside is the rooms need a bit more room for those with mobility aids but overall great customer service and great results. Will be back <3“
