Their subscription is the most affordable I've found in town and it's a nice environment to be in; I did have an issue with an extraneous charge due to missed information but when I called and spoke with management they were very polite and promptly reviewed the documents and refunded me for the charge right away.

I had an incredible facial experience with Lauren S. at Hand and Stone, Vestavia. Not only was my appointment ultra-relaxing, it was extremely beneficial!! Lauren has a very nurturing personality, and she is exceptionally trained. She provided me with insightful tips on natural and dermatological skincare, while treating my acute breakout. I was better able to unwind during my appointment knowing I was being treated by such an experienced aesthetician. Her regimen improved my skin instantly!! Thank you Lauren for the notable care and concern you put into your clients! I will be a repeat customer!

I’m going back asap! Thoroughly enjoyed the hot stone massage with Shawn and wellness facial with Donita. Atmosphere was clean and serene, and staff were courteous and professional. Experience was relaxing and therapeutic.
