Ulta Beauty – VIP Vibes Every Single Time

There is never a time I walk into Ulta and leave empty-handed—and tonight was no exception! I came in for my usual The Ordinary skincare products, but of course I discovered a new fragrance, Orabella Nightcap and the most luscious Juvia’s Place lip oils while browsing. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a cheerful “Welcome to Ulta!” from multiple staff members—and honestly, it felt like my VIP experience had just been extended.

It was about 30 minutes before closing, but you would never know it. Every staff member was still upbeat, kind, and genuinely helpful. One amazing associate (I wish I remembered her name!) walked me through several fragrance options, knew all the back stories of each, let me test them without rush, and even helped me find the exact skincare items I was looking for. She even carried a few of my products up front for me—talk about hospitality!

What I love most is the atmosphere—the store is always clean, bright, and beautifully organized. Every team member I encountered had a smile, a willingness to help, and a vibe that made me feel relaxed and welcomed.

Every time I go, I find what I need—and something I didn’t know I needed. Grateful for this level of care right here in Tuscaloosa. Ulta, keep doing what you do!
